Patient Notice - COVID 19 - UPDATE
The UK government has announced that all of Kent now falls into Tier 4. Regardless of which tier Tunbridge Wells is allocated into, patients are still permitted to travel to access medical care- this includes travel from towns and villages that may have been placed into a lower tier. The practice therefore continues to remain OPEN AS NORMAL and all scheduled appointments remain in place unless you hear from us otherwise.
The dental emergencies and outstanding treatment that built up during the first lockdown have now been dealt with.
Our priority will be to avoid such a build up occurring again including addressing any non-urgent dental problems as well. Routine check ups may need to be rescheduled in order to facilitate this. We will be in contact only if this is necessary.
When you do attend our practice, you will see that things are different. We have invested heavily in installing each surgery with a specialist air purifying system proven to kill the virus. Procedures and protocols have been put in place to allow for social distancing within the practice and we now have all the appropriate PPE in place. This is all to ensure that patients and staff can attend our practice in the safe knowledge that everything possible has been done to protect them against the corona virus.
If you do have a dental concern please call the practice between 8am and 5pm so that we can help you in any way that we can.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding in these continually trying times.
We look forward to seeing you all again in the near future.
